Welcome to Support For Everyone. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Support For Everyone provides NDIS support services including Supported Independent Living, Community Access, and Daily Living Support in Brisbane, Logan, and Ipswich. Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of our participants.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be an NDIS participant or have appropriate funding for our services
  • Reside in our service areas (Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich)
  • Provide accurate and complete information about your support needs

3. Service Agreements

Before commencing services, we will:

  • Conduct an assessment of your needs
  • Develop a personalized support plan
  • Provide a Service Agreement outlining the terms of our engagement

The Service Agreement will detail the services to be provided, fees, cancellation policies, and other important terms.

4. Fees and Payments

Our fees are based on the current NDIS Price Guide and may include:

  • Hourly rates for support services
  • Travel costs where applicable
  • Additional expenses as agreed

Payment is typically processed through NDIS plan management or self-management arrangements.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as outlined in your Service Agreement.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your needs and preferences
  • Treat our staff with respect and dignity
  • Provide a safe working environment for our staff
  • Notify us of any changes to your circumstances or support needs

7. Staff Conduct

Our staff are committed to:

  • Providing professional and respectful services
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Following your support plan and preferences
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents

8. Complaints and Feedback

We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. If you have any concerns about our services:

  • Speak directly with your support worker or coordinator
  • Contact our office by phone or email
  • Submit a formal complaint in writing if needed

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work to resolve it promptly.

9. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Australian privacy laws. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing services or as required by law.

10. Website Use
