Family-run. Community-rooted.

We started Support For Everyone because we believe the right support is about the person, not just the shift.

Our story

Support For Everyone started at our kitchen table. My wife is a registered nurse, and together we're raising a son on the autism spectrum — so we've lived the NDIS from the inside, as a family, not just as a service.

Two things pushed us to build something better. Participants were paying too much for support that didn't always deliver real value. And the support workers doing the actual caring were keeping too little of what they earned. We were sure both could change at once — and that's the whole idea behind the name: support for everyone, the people who need care and the people who provide it.

We are a registered NDIS provider, which means we meet the NDIS Commission's quality and safeguarding requirements and can work with agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants alike.

Our team speaks multiple languages and matches participants with workers who share their language, culture and interests. For many of the families we support, having a worker who understands their community makes all the difference.

What we stand for

Choice and control

You decide who supports you and how. We suggest great matches; the decision is always yours.

Cultural understanding

Support in your language, from workers who understand your community, your food and your faith.

Transparency

Clear fees, honest communication and support workers who are verified before they ever appear on our platform.

Consistency

Good matching creates lasting relationships, so you see familiar faces rather than a new stranger every week.
