Keep 92.5% of your agreed rate — more than the 90% on the big platforms. Weekly payouts, free from your first shift, go live when we open bookings.
Straight up: we're new. We're onboarding our first support workers across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich right now. Everything on this page is the terms you'll be paid on from your first booked shift — not a track record we're claiming. We'd rather tell you that than have you find out.
When bookings open, your full balance goes to your bank every Friday — free, from your first shift, with no minimum number of sessions to unlock it.
We take 7.5%. Most online platforms take around 10% from the worker. And because our participant fee is lower too, you can agree a higher rate under the same NDIS cap — see the calculator below.
We match you to participants by language, culture, interests and skills, so shifts are enjoyable and clients keep you.
When another worker can't make a shift near you, we offer it to a few well-matched workers who are free. The first to accept gets it, at the same rate, and you see exactly what you'll earn before you say yes.
Talk with participants and coordinators directly in the app before committing to a booking.
One-tap check-in and check-out, submit hours in seconds, and a built-in tax and super estimator so BAS time is not a surprise.
The number most platforms bury. Here is ours, plainly.
Our payment terms are set and published here in advance. Bookings and payouts open when our first workers are verified — we will not quote you a payout date we have not run yet.
| Support For Everyone (at launch) | A typical online platform | |
|---|---|---|
| Free payout | At launch: full balance to your bank every Friday, from shift one. Plan-managed shifts are normally paid that Friday too, without waiting for the plan manager to pay us. | Within 2 business days of the platform collecting from the client (which depends on how the client pays) — or a guaranteed 10-day window that only unlocks after 20+ approved sessions |
| Faster than that | Faster pay options are being looked at. We will only announce them once they are approved. | Express Pay: 3 business days for a 1.5% fee, run through a finance partner and assessed per invoice (invoice-paying clients only) |
| Do you have to qualify? | No. The free weekly payout will apply from day one | Yes. 20+ approved sessions to unlock the free 10-day option |
Comparison figures reflect terms published by the largest online support-work platform, checked 23 September 2026. The free weekly payout will always be available.
NDIS price limits cap what a participant can be charged — and the platform's fee sits inside that cap. So a platform with a lower participant fee lets you agree a higher rate for the same capped hour.
Price limits are the national rates from the NDIS Support Catalogue 2026–27, effective 1 July 2026. Pick a support, or type any limit yourself. Remote and very remote loadings are higher.
| Support For Everyone | A typical online platform | |

| Highest rate you can agree | $70.07 | $68.16 |
| Platform fee from you | 7.5% | 10% |

| Difference per year | $3.47 more per hour · about $4,511 more a year at 25 hours a week | |
Same NDIS cap, same participant, same hour of support. The only thing that changes is how much of it reaches you. Rates are rounded down to the cent so the amount billed to the participant always stays under the price limit. Figures are a guide only — your actual rate is whatever you and the participant agree, within the applicable NDIS price limit. If you and a participant both want to keep working together, you're free to continue that relationship here — and you'll both pay lower fees. Setup takes minutes: verify your credentials, set your rates and availability, and start receiving matched booking requests.
We verify every worker before they appear on the platform, including police checks and NDIS Worker Screening, so participants can book with confidence.
What you'll need: an ABN, NDIS Worker Screening clearance, a Blue Card and a national police check. Every worker needs all three checks before they can be booked. We also strongly recommend the NDIS Commission's free Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety and You"). Upload your certificate in the app.
How fast can I go live? Upload your documents, do the short video interview (nine real-life scenarios, about 13 minutes; speak or type your answers, and your accent and grammar never count), sign the agreement, read our five core policies and add your ABN. We check your documents on the official registers, usually within one business day, and your profile switches on automatically the moment the last check is done. We'll email you.
A quick note: check your current agreements before moving any existing bookings, so the switch is clean for everyone.
The Support For Everyone app connects participants, families and coordinators directly with verified support workers.
