Support For Everyone is a registered NDIS provider running a support-worker platform across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich. Overspend isn't monitored here — it's structurally impossible. And every client comes with a plan-review evidence pack built from GPS-verified sessions, free.
Built for the parts of your job that eat your week: staffing gaps, evidence for plan reviews, and compliance you can actually show.
Not an alert. Not a warning. A booking that would exceed a client's remaining plan budget cannot be made. The overspend conversation at plan review simply stops happening — and it's the one thing no other marketplace does.
Per client: sessions, hours delivered, worker-continuity percentage with the named primary worker, hours-per-month and support-mix charts, the full session log, and progress against their goals. Plus two paste-ready write-ups — a plan-review summary and a funding-request scaffold — assembled from the client's own GPS-verified sessions. No AI, nothing invented. Copy it, or save it as a PDF.
Plan reviews counting down, under-spend and run-out forecasts, and a flag on any client with no bookings in 30 days — because the thing that actually goes wrong is a client quietly going unstaffed.
GPS clock-in and clock-out on every shift, mandatory progress notes, credential screening with hard expiry enforcement, and a full incident trail. See exactly how we verify workers.
Xero-formatted invoices are generated and emailed to plan managers automatically on shift completion.
First-cohort clients get same-day answers from the person who built the platform — not an offshore chatbot.
We're focused on Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich, so we recruit locally and shortlist fast. Send us the gap and we shortlist matched workers, usually within 48 hours.
Because we're a registered NDIS provider, you can recommend us for self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants alike — one platform for your whole caseload, not just the part of it that other marketplaces can take.
You also decide nothing on the participant's behalf. A coordinator starts with view-only access; the participant chooses whether you can propose bookings, and still approves each one. That's enforced in the app and in the database, so choice and control is something you can demonstrate at an audit, not just assert.
Workers are matched by language, culture, interests and skills, and every one is verified before they appear — police check and NDIS Worker Screening included. That means the person you place with a client actually fits, and stays.
Adding us as a second option costs you nothing, and there are no cash incentives — our value to you is tooling, reporting and reliability, in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Tell us about a client with a staffing gap — suburb, support needs, any language or cultural preferences.
We match verified local workers and shortlist them for you, usually within 48 hours.
Once bookings start, the Goal Evidence Report builds itself from every verified session — ready to paste straight into a plan review or a funding request.
Whichever is easier — send us a client with a staffing gap, or book a short walkthrough and we'll show you the coordinator view and a sample monthly report.

Yes. Support For Everyone Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider. Recommending us doesn't expose you or your client to unregistered-platform risk, and we can support agency-managed participants as well as plan-managed and self-managed.
Nothing to you. Participants pay a 5% platform fee and workers pay 7.5% from their agreed rate — both within NDIS price limits and lower than major competitors. The monthly client report is free.

GPS clock-in and clock-out on every shift, mandatory progress notes, credential screening with hard expiry enforcement, and an incident trail. A hard budget gate means a booking can never exceed a client's remaining plan budget.
No — and that's deliberate. Cash incentives to coordinators are a conflict of interest under the NDIS Code of Conduct. Our value to you is tooling, reporting and reliability, not payments.
