Fees that leave more for support

You and your worker agree on a rate. Our platform fee is smaller than the big platforms, on both sides.

The bottom row is the one that matters, because it puts both platforms on the same denominator. Worked from Mable's own published example: an agreed rate of $58 means the client pays $62.61, the worker receives $52.20, and Mable keeps $10.41 — 16.6% of what the client paid. Mable fees as published at mable.com.au/pricing, checked July 2026. All rates on our platform stay within NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits where they apply.

What this means in practice

For participants

A smaller fee on top of your worker's rate means your NDIS budget buys more hours of actual support. Fees are shown clearly before you book, and every invoice reconciles to the cent.

For support workers

You keep 92.5% of your agreed rate, compared with 90% on Mable — and you're paid every Friday from your first shift. Because our participant fee is lower, you can also agree a higher rate under the same NDIS price cap: about $3.31 more an hour. Work it out for your own rate.
